Privacy Policy

The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) came into action on the 25th May 2018. The regulations state the information Squad Safe must provide to customers and staff about how we process their personal data.

 

These requirements are about ensuring that privacy information is clear and understandable for data subjects. They also make explicit what has always been set out as good practice.

When you contact Squad Safe for information via email, we will use this address in order to send you information about our services. At this point we will request your permission to add your details to our mailing list.

 

If permission is not granted, your details will be deleted from our system.

When you contact Squad Safe for information via our website proforma, the data is sent to Squad Safe and managed as above. It will also be safely stored on the Squad Safe Wix website on a secure database. If you book the services of Squad Safe , we will ask for the following information, in order to complete your booking:

 

  • Name

  • Email 

  • Telephone Number

  • Address (for certificates to be sent to)

 

Any other permissions, such as use of image, will be requested as appropriate to the course or activity.

Payment is processed via PayPal. We do not store any payment details of customers.
