At Squad Safe, I help organisations build safer, stronger and more sustainable cultures — bringing together safeguarding, governance, learning, leadership and organisational change. My consultancy works across sport, education and youth-focused organisations, from grassroots clubs and governing bodies to established national organisations and innovative businesses. I work with leaders to understand where they are now, identify what needs to change and develop practical strategies that create meaningful, sustainable improvement. My approach is strategic but practical. I don't simply identify problems or produce policies — I work collaboratively with organisations to turn safeguarding and culture into something that is embedded in everyday practice.
